
The DHM50 horizontal machining center adopts a positive T-shape structure. The main components are made of high-strength cast iron and heat treated. The three axes are equipped with Taiwan roller guides and ball screws. The BT50 spindle speed is 6000 rpm.

The DHM50 horizontal machining center inherits the advantages of traditional CNC horizontal milling machines, such as high rigidity, symmetrical and stable structure. It has large torque and fast response characteristics, and is suitable for machining fields such as automobiles, molds and hardware.
It adopts positive T-shaped structure consisting of base, column, spindle box, etc., equipped with hydraulic, cooling and chip removal systems, and has high processing efficiency.
The machine uses a Taiwanese BT50 spindle, which is grease lubricated and maintenance-free. The spindle has two gears, a speed of 6000 rpm and high torque.
Supporting FANUC 0i MF system, it has four-axis control communication, automatic acceleration and deceleration and other functions, with a positioning accuracy of 0.01mm and a repeat positioning accuracy of 0.006mm. There are 24 tool magazines to choose from, the work table measures 500x500mm, the load capacity is 500kg, the X/Y/Z axis stroke is 750mm, and the processing range is wide.
