GMB4030LX Five-axis bridge machining center with gantry structure
This machine is a bridge machining center with a gantry structure. It has high rigidity base frame, symmetrical design and excellent stability. The design uses advanced international concepts of dynamic stiffness, optimized moving parts, and added servos on the A and C axes.
The machine spindle is characterized by high rotation speed and fast response dynamics, which allows for high-precision five-axis synchronous machining. The general layout of the machine is made according to the scheme of a bridge portal with a movable beam and fixed racks. The columns are rigidly fixed, the work table is installed permanently on the foundation. The cross beam is mounted on the columns and moves along the X axis. The slide moves along the cross beam along the Y axis. The headstock (plunger) moves along the slide along the Z axis.
