The installation location of the equipment should be away from direct sunlight, vibration sources (stamping equipment, roads and railways, etc.) and heat sources (furnaces, heaters, radiation, etc.), away from high-frequency generators, welding machines, etc., to avoid failure in the production of machine tools or loss of machine accuracy
- Requirements for air sources
The air supply pressure is ≥ 0.6 MPa, and the filtration accuracy is 100 microns.
Although the machine is equipped with an air filter, the source of compressed air should be as free from moisture as possible. To ensure the normal operation of the equipment, if the compressed air of the air source does not meet the requirements of the air source, it is recommended to add another set of air source purification device (drying, oil removal, filtration) before taking out the machine. Water content in the air source will cause damage to precision components such as spindles and grid scales (component damage caused by this reason is not covered by the warranty), which must be strictly controlled!
