C/CK5240Mainly consists of workbench, workbench base, column, cross beam and vertical support. The main parts of this machine are made of HT250 cast iron using resin sand technology and subjected to aging treatment (artificial aging and vibration aging) after rough machining after casting. The casting quality is reliable and has no cracks, pores, shrinkage cavities or white cast structure. The casting has a stable structure after artificial aging treatment, which ensures the stability of the machine during use. The product quality certificate contains a report on the analysis of the chemical composition of molten cast iron, a report on heat treatment and a curve of temperature versus heat treatment time.
