Spindle: The main drive of this machine is a Japanese FANUC 11/15kw high-performance servo motor, which rotates the spindle through a pair of spindles. Spindle speed range 30-5000r/min. The front bearing of the main shaft has three installations of high-altitude angular contact ball bearings, and the rear bearing has two high-altitude angular contact ball bearings with large holes, which meet the bearing requirements of axial and radial cutting forces.
A hydraulic cylinder is used to drive the built-in movable tailings pond. The structure is simple, with high precision, high rigidity and reliable performance.
Baret: The machine adopts servo-hydraulic baret, with fast tool changing speed and high reliability.
