Horizontal machining center HME63
HME63 horizontal machining center is equipped with FANUC 0i MF 1 system, has an inverted T-shaped structure with a fixed base, a work table that moves in the X direction, a column that moves in the Z direction, and a spindle box that moves in the Y direction.
The HME63 horizontal machining center has large torque, 6000 rpm spindle speed, 20 m/min three-axis rapid traverse speed, 0.01 mm positioning accuracy, 0.006 mm re-positioning accuracy, 1° B-axis indexing and 24t tool magazine.

Equipped with FANUC 0i MF 1 package system, it supports 1μm minimum resolution, four-axis interpolation and macro programming to meet the processing needs of complex parts;
- The three axes use double nut ball screw and roller linear guide grounded in Taiwan, with positioning accuracy of 0.01mm, re-positioning accuracy of 0.006mm and dynamic response speed of 20m/min, taking into account high-speed processing and trajectory accuracy.
Large parts such as the base/column are made of ductile iron cast in a sand-resin mold, which is aging treated to eliminate stress, and the location of the stiffeners is reinforced to increase the rigidity of the entire machine;
- The BT50 spindle is equipped with a German two-speed gearbox, and the output torque is stable at a high speed of 6000rpm, which is suitable for heavy-duty cutting environments such as automotive molds and equipment.
Indexing precision: Taiwan CNC rotary table provides 1°×360° B-axis precision indexing, 10 seconds positioning accuracy, ±2 seconds re-positioning accuracy, and supports single-clamping multi-faceted processing;
Processing range: X/Y/Z axis stroke 1000/720/900mm, the distance from the spindle end to the center of the work table is 175-1075mm, suitable for mass production of medium and large parts.
