This machine is a bridge machining center with a portal (portal-bridge) structure. It has high rigidity of the base frame, symmetrical structure and excellent stability. The design uses advanced international concepts of dynamic stiffness, optimized moving parts, and added servos on the A and C axes.
The machine spindle has a high rotation speed and excellent response speed, which allows high-precision processing along five axes in a continuous mode. The machine is intended for use in various industries, such as automotive, mold making, metalworking and other areas of mechanical engineering.
The general layout of the machine is made according to the scheme of a bridge portal with a movable beam and fixed racks. The columns are rigidly fixed, the work table is installed permanently on the foundation. The cross member (beam) is fixed to the columns and moves along the X axis. The slide moves along the cross member along the Y axis, and the spindle head moves along the slide along the Z axis.
