Midsummer arrives, the Duanyang holiday arrives; colored threads bring good luck and prosperity.

In order for all Rongcheng employees to take a break from work worries and completely immerse themselves in the joy of traditional folk rituals, the company carefully organized a company-wide thematic event “Handcrafts to Duanwu - the soul is connected with DRC.”

The program included musical quests, weaving of blessed colored threads, a warm birthday celebration for everyone and corporate gifts for Duan - all in one event! The atmosphere was filled with excitement, warmth and pleasant surprises. Now let's remember together all the bright and joyful moments of this day!

Everyone associates Duanwu with zongzi and salted duck eggs, but the true meaning of the holiday is wishes for peace and prosperity.

The “Rongcheng” family got rid of work stress, relaxed and celebrated the holiday joyfully together!

Interactive games took place one after another, the atmosphere was filled with boundless joy ✨

From the very beginning of the event we played the warm-up game “Catch Your Finger”. All employees stood in a circle: their left palm was opened, and the index finger of their right hand was placed on the palm of their neighbor. On command, you had to quickly grab your neighbor’s finger and at the same time remove your own. Colleagues who did not have time to react all laughed together - this instantly brought everyone closer and removed the awkwardness.

After the warm-up, the team quiz “I know the words to the songs” began. The participants were divided into four teams. Different compositions were played in turn on the big screen; when the melody suddenly stopped, the teams raised their hands to continue the verse. Points were awarded for each correct answer.

At the end of three rounds, the winning team with the most points received a stylish car fragrance as a gift to each of its members.

The double joy of the finger warm-up and the music quiz left no one indifferent: the laughter and sounds of songs did not stop throughout the entire event!
The main highlight of the event was the fascinating weaving of traditional five-color threads for the Duanwu holiday. All the necessary materials for creativity were prepared on the site, so everyone could start creating jewelry in a single format. Showing imagination and sincerity, the employees wove amulet bracelets filled with sincere wishes for well-being.
During the master class, colleagues from different departments paired up, tied colorful bracelets to each other and exchanged warm holiday wishes. In addition, all bracelets intended for employees of production departments were carefully collected and packaged for further transfer to work sites.
These small bright threads have become a warm bridge that tightly connects office specialists and production front workers, uniting the entire large Rongcheng family!
After the fun entertainment, the most touching part of the event came - the collective celebration of the June birthday people! Experienced employees wrote warm greeting cards by hand in advance, each line of which is filled with sincere words of gratitude and care accumulated over the days of teamwork and mentoring. The organizers slowly brought out the fragrant birthday cake, and everyone present sang a congratulatory song in unison. The birthday boys closed their eyes and made their deepest wishes, after which they cut the sweet cake together, capturing this heartfelt and unique moment of the “Rongcheng” family!
No joyful holiday is complete without thoughtful corporate gifts! The company has prepared holiday packages for Duanwu for each member of the large Rongcheng family. The sets include sweet and salty zongzi to suit every taste, as well as vacuum-salted duck eggs with a rich buttery yolk. Every office employee and workshop worker received their own gift - no one was left unattended!
On weekdays we work side by side, giving all our best, and on holidays we get together and have a lot of fun. Creating a warm team where everyone feels like they belong is the constant main goal of the Roncheng company. We thank all our colleagues for their loyalty to the common cause and our joint journey!
