Six teams, named after the company's core values of Integrity, Professionalism, Gratitude, Altruism, Enthusiasm and Innovation, took turns introducing themselves. Their loud and inspiring slogans echoed throughout the beach, clearly demonstrating the team spirit and energy of the Rongcheng team.
The staff prepared the starting rope, and the participants unanimously chanted the slogan of the event. At the command of the leader, everyone removed the rope together, lined up and enthusiastically went to the location of the action!
Test stages and protection of the sea!
Participants sequentially visited and checked in at five key locations, including the romantic Shiyinwan Bay, Jinwan Bridge and the lifeguard tower. At each stage, the teams answered questions, demonstrating ingenuity and creative thinking, and also created original group photos that amazed with the variety of ideas.
The employees enthusiastically collected trash from the beach, carefully sorted and packaged the waste, turning into true defenders of the seashore. Throughout the event, photographers captured the most vivid and emotional moments. Each team strictly adhered to time limits and provided photographs in a timely manner for the jury to evaluate.
After completing all tasks, the collected garbage was weighed and taken into account in the overall standings. Having concluded the event with a shared commemorative photo, the participants headed to the AirBus site to continue the program.

The brightest and most touching moment of the event has arrived! The performer of the song “Rongcheng Peach Blossom Paradise” took the stage and led everyone with him. Rising from their seats, all employees unanimously joined the general chorus. Under the gentle and soulful sound of the song, this corporate meeting and charity event ended on a warm and inspiring note.
Conclusion
A day filled with laughter and joy came to an end, and the results were much more meaningful than just entertainment and prizes. Having left the workshops on the coast, colleagues cleaned the beach with their own hands, carried out team tasks, and thus were able to experience in practice the principles of gratitude, altruism and purity, which usually remain only words.
With our own hands, we made the coast of Dalian cleaner, with small good deeds returning the benefits to our native land, adding a piece of light to the city from each Rongcheng participant. New and experienced colleagues bonded through games, joint work and shared meals. The company's values, aimed at the material and spiritual well-being of employees, ceased to be just slogans - they manifested themselves in joint cleaning, celebrating birthdays and watching events together.
