Today our team visiting Russia had their second day of in-depth discussions with a key customer. Discussions focused on previously identified requirements for equipment adaptation and directions for future cooperation, which allowed the cooperation to move into a substantive phase.
The team held a special meeting with the customer's technical and purchasing departments, focusing on the customer's key requirements such as "high-precision processing stability" and "lead times for large orders." In response to the customer's need to modernize the existing production line, our team, based on service history, detailed equipment selection decisions and service quality measures, presented a capacity plan for key projects for the next quarter, explicitly indicating the need for “customized functional modules.” Both parties reached preliminary consensus on the details of the technical solution, response timeframes, and follow-up plans.
“Your professional training and pragmatic approach gave us great confidence in our cooperation,” concluded the customer’s project manager. We will quickly translate today's discussions into a requirements document, begin an internal review next week, and aim to begin testing as soon as possible.
During the two-day visit, from listening to needs to finding solutions,
our collaboration with this key client is moving from online communication to real-life interaction.
Based on the results of today's discussion, the team will present a detailed technical plan within three days.
Starting with an effective answer,
we will create a solid foundation of trust for long-term cooperation.
