The CT8 CNC turning center is a high-performance precision parts processing equipment developed by Dalian R&C Machinery. The machine bed is made of high-strength Mihanite cast iron, which has undergone double heat treatment and artificial aging, which ensures maximum stability and torsional resistance even during intensive heavy machining.

All linear axes of the CT8 CNC turning center are equipped with 55mm linear guides, and the double spindle is assembled using hand grinding, which guarantees high synchronization accuracy and reliable operation.

Roller guides for stability under high loads

The CT8 CNC turning center provides maximum travel speeds of up to 30/12/30 m/min in X/Y/Z axes and a working stroke of Φ450/±60/850 mm. Roller guides provide smooth running and high rigidity even when processing large workpieces, minimizing vibration and deformation.

Synchronous double spindle for increased productivity

The left spindle of the CT8 CNC turning center comes with a standard 15/18.5 kW motor delivering a maximum torque of 268 Nm and a speed of up to 4000 rpm. The right electric spindle has a power of 15 kW, a torque of 103 Nm and a maximum speed of 5000 rpm.

For ease of programming and operation, the left and right spindles of the CT8 CNC lathe center are designed with synchronous design, allowing the same code to be used to set the same rotation direction without worrying about the problem of reverse cutting.

12-position turret BMT65 with servo drive

The CT8 CNC turning center is equipped with a 12-position BMT65 turret, which ensures that there are no dead spots when installing tools in the positive and negative directions. The servo-driven tool changer ensures high speed and accurate repositioning, which improves overall equipment productivity.
